ChinaHotel.com implement various security measures to protect the security of your personal information. As you register for our site member, we collect your personal information to contact with you, such as name, phone number, home address, email address etc. The detail information related to your credit card need to be provided when your reservation requires credit-card guarantee or online payment. All information submitted to our website will be stored in our security system, and will not to be published, sold, or used on other business purposes.

Clause for Credit-Card Guarantee

Some hotels require credit-card guarantee to ensure your reservation during holidays, travel season, and large exhibition. It is also necessary when you have special needs (e.g. airport pickup service). If the card info is valid, your reservation will be put on priority and extended the time of validity. For these hotels, once the reservation is confirmed it cannot be cancelled or changed, thus you should consider your journey carefully before filling in the guaranteed reservation to avoid unnecessary loss. According to international terms, relevant hotel expense would be charged if you didn't check in on time or change the room quantity.

Book Policy

The room rate listed online may not be the most updated price. Please check the confirmation from ChinaHotel for the final and accurate rate.

ChinaHotel price is a special negotiated rate between ChinaHotel and the hotel. The price includes the room fee but EXCLUDES all other hotel charges and taxes.

The rate for an extra bed differs among hotels.

Please provide valid and accurate personal information during the booking process. This will ensure that you can successfully check in and receive your ChinaHotel points.

To book multiple rooms, please use a different name for each room.

Your special request/s may be fulfilled ONLY AT THE DISCRETION OF THE HOTEL and may result in extra charges.

Please make one booking if your stay at a hotel is for a continuous period.

Once you receive confirmation from ChinaHotel , you have successfully booked the room/s at the hotel.

Please indicate your preferred contact method for your booking confirmation. You may choose to be contacted by phone,or email.

The regular check-in time is 14:00 and the regular check-out time is 12:00 noon. If you need to check in earlier or extend your stay, the hotel may charge an extra fee.

If you do not indicate your arrival time, your room/s will be kept until 18:00 of the check-in day.

If you decide to extend your stay at the hotel, please call us for the notice of extension. Otherwise, you may not be able to avail of ChinaHotel discounted rates.

Once a booking is cancelled, you need to make a new one for the same hotel.

If you cannot check in on time, please inform us in advance.
