To book a hotel online, start from the home page and click the "Hotels" tab in the left top search area. Fill in the options with yellow backgrounds. The white blanks are optional.
How do I change or cancel my hotel reservation?
• Click on the "My Trip" tab in the upper right of our home page. Log in and access to "My hotels" to see your reservation list.
To change your reservation, click the "Modify" button and follow the directions to select and reserve a new hotel.
To completely cancel your reservation, click the "Cancel" button.
• Any cancellation or change to the hotel reservation must be made before deadline. After the deadline you cannot change or cancel your reservation online. Please contact us by phone at 86-21-34064888 or 400-820-6666 (in China). Any cancellation or change is subject to applicable penalties if your cancellation or change request is made after the deadline.
• Prepaid orders or orders with Credit Card Guarantee need to be cancelled or changed within the deadline, or Chinahotel will have to deduct some or all of the room fee from you. Normally the deadline is at 6pm of the day you check in, but the time of different hotels varies. So during your booking, you will be noted for the specific deadline.
• We suggest you make reservations 1 or 2 days in advance during off-season and more days (at most half a month) in advance during peak season.
